These terms form the agreement between you and The Work From Home Academy (WFHA) when you use our website, create an account or enrol in the 12-Week Remote Career Programme. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you accept these terms.

We aim to deal with every student fairly, transparently and in accordance with applicable South African law, including consumer-protection requirements.

Your enrolment gives you personal, non-transferable access to the programme, learning platform, videos, workbooks, activities and assessments included in your selected plan. Accounts may not be shared or used by another person.

The programme is designed as a structured 12-week learning journey. Lessons and later weeks may unlock after required learning activities, assessments and payments are completed.

You may pay three monthly instalments of R499 or one upfront payment of R1 199.60. The full amount, billing frequency and payment method are shown before you confirm payment.

Monthly payments are collected automatically on the agreed billing schedule and stop after the third successful payment. If a payment fails, we may temporarily restrict course access, but your completed learning work will be preserved while the account is resolved.

You agree to complete assessments honestly, submit your own work, keep your login details secure and treat staff and other students respectfully. You may not copy, resell, publish, record or distribute WFHA course materials without written permission.

We may suspend access where there is serious misuse, fraud, unlawful activity, harassment or repeated breach of these terms. We will act reasonably and, where appropriate, give you an opportunity to respond.

We provide education, practical skills development and career preparation. We work to keep the platform secure and available, but short interruptions may occur for maintenance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

WFHA does not guarantee employment, interviews, clients, income or a specific salary. Career results depend on factors including your participation, experience, location, market conditions and employer decisions.

The WFHA name, brand, programme structure, videos, workbooks and learning materials remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Enrolment grants you a limited right to use them for your own learning only.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. If a concern arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it promptly and fairly. Nothing in these terms removes a right that applicable law gives you.
