A certificate is issued only after the required programme lessons, practical activities and assessments have been completed to the stated standard and the student's account is in good standing. Payment alone never creates a certificate.
A WFHA certificate confirms completion of the named WFHA programme and its internal requirements. It is evidence of learning and effort, but is not a university degree, government-issued qualification, professional licence or guarantee of employment unless expressly stated otherwise.
Each certificate has a unique ID that can be checked through our public verification page. Verification is limited to appropriate certificate details such as the student's name, programme, pathway, completion date and certificate status.
Contact us if a certificate contains an error. We may correct, withhold or revoke a certificate obtained through fraud, impersonation, serious academic dishonesty or an administrative mistake, after considering the available information fairly.
